3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one 718pub Account. Opening, operating, or being the beneficial user of multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. 718pub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit all balances therein without prior notice.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 718pub login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify 718pub immediately via the in-platform support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 718pub shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. 718pub is required to verify the identity and age of all players. You agree to submit valid, government-issued Philippine identification documents upon request. Accepted documents include PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, and Voter's ID. Accounts that fail KYC verification within the required timeframe will be suspended pending compliance.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 718pub Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. 718pub reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory identity verification.
4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational requirements. 718pub reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering controls that may affect withdrawal routing.
4.6 Transaction Limits. 718pub may impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits on individual Accounts for compliance, security, or responsible gaming purposes. Players will be notified where practicable.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers provided by 718pub are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer. These terms include, without limitation, wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable), and maximum withdrawal caps.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. 5.4 Welcome Bonus. The welcome deposit bonus is available to new 718pub players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a 718pub Account are not eligible for the welcome bonus. 718pub reserves the right to verify the novelty of each registration and to withhold welcome bonuses where duplicate accounts are identified.

6.2 Malfunction. 8.2 Age Restriction. 10.2 718pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.3 718pub makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
11.1 718pub reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
11.2 Your continued use of the 718pub Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable online gaming regulations and the general principles of Philippine law as applicable to online gaming operations.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 718pub Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 718pub customer support. 718pub will endeavor to resolve informal disputes within fourteen (14) business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate dispute resolution body as specified by applicable online gaming regulatory frameworks.
